摘 要:近年来粉煤灰、矿粉供应日趋紧张且品质变差,因此,将火山灰质岩等易于获取、分布较为广泛的天然材料加工成混凝土矿物掺合料可代替部分粉煤灰。天然火山岩储量丰富,主要为浮石、凝灰岩、安山岩和玄武岩等。火山灰质岩矿物掺合料在国内外都有成功应用案例,火山灰掺合料配制的混凝土性能良好,且能有效抑制混凝土碱-骨料反应,是一种较好的混凝土掺合料。本文对比研究火山灰与粉煤灰物理性能指标,并从配合比设计、混凝土力学性能及耐久性等方面进行试验研究,证明了火山灰混凝土性能与粉煤灰混凝土性能接近,指标满足一般铁路混凝土要求。In recent years,the supply of fly ash and mineral powder has become increasingly tight and the quality has become worse.Therefore,processing the easily available and widely distributed natural materials such as volcanic limestone into concrete mineral admixture can replace part of fly ash.Natural volcanic rocks are rich in reserves,mainly including pumice,tuff,andesite and basalt.Pozzolanic mineral admixture has been successfully applied at home and abroad.The concrete prepared with pozzolanic admixture has good performance and can effectively inhibit the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete.It is a good concrete admixture.Through the comparative study of the physical performance indexes of pozzolan and fly ash,and the experimental research from the aspects of mix proportion design,concrete mechanical properties and durability,it is concluded that the performance of pozzolan concrete is close to that of fly ash concrete,and the indexes meet the requirements of general railway concrete.
