摘 要:和邢铁路控制性工程天河山隧道为全线最长隧道,其穿越太行山脉,地质条件复杂,受太行大断裂构造影响强烈,地下水十分发育。1号斜井与正洞交叉口段遭遇不良地质影响,掌子面溜坍现象连续多次出现,其中X1DK0+161附近揭示地层岩性为震旦系砂岩,节理密集发育,岩体破碎,该段地下水发育,水压较大,掌子面突发大规模涌水涌泥事件,致使施工受阻,其辅助坑道设置方案优化调整是隧道顺利建成的关键。通过采用对1号斜井向进口方向增设右支洞、向出口方向局部调整斜井走向并设置人字坡、延长出口端平行导坑与1号斜井连通、平行导坑延长段由单车道改为双车道等多项辅助坑道优化措施,保证了隧道安全顺利贯通。Tianheshan Tunnel,as the controlled construction project of Heshun-Xingtai Railway,is the longest tunnel in the whole line,which passes through the Taihang Mountains with complex geological conditions,is strongly influenced by the Taihang large fault structure,and the groundwater is well developed.No.1 inclined shaft encounters unfavorable geological effects near the intersection with the main tunnel,and many tunnel face collapses occur continuously.It is revealed the stratum lithology near X1 DK0+161 is Sinian sandstone with dense joints and fractured rock mass.Groundwater in this section is developed and water pressure is high.During the construction process,a large-scale water and mud gushing events occur at the tunnel face,which results in construction blocked.The optimization and adjustment of its construction adit setting scheme is the key to the successful completion of the tunnel.Construction adits optimization measures such as adding right adit to the inlet direction of No.1 inclined shaft,adjusting the inclined shaft direction to the outlet direction locally and setting herringbone slope,connecting parallel heading at the exit end with No.1 inclined shaft and changing the extension section of parallel heading from single lane to two lanes ensure safe and smooth connection of Tianheshan Tunnel.
