摘 要:高速铁路节段箱梁预制场规划设计不同于整孔箱梁预制场,需针对技术、经济、环保等综合要素进行研究。本文结合高速铁路建设多个工程项目节段设计、预制、拼装全套施工实践经验,采用系统研究方法,对节段箱梁架设与预制的工期关联要素进行反向研究;在预制满足架设进度需求前提下,重点研究长短线偶配法预制节段箱梁匹配关系、节段箱梁预制周期、定型模板周转和投入数量,并提出相关参数,为梁场平面规划设计奠定技术基础。本文通过设计实例厘清设计思路,可为节段箱梁预制场规划设计提供借鉴。The planning and design of the high-speed railway segmental box girder prefabrication yard is different from the full span box girder prefabrication yard,and needs to be studied from comprehensive factors such as technology,economy and environmental protection.This paper combines the practical experience of a full set of construction sections design,prefabrication and assembly in several projects of high-speed railway construction,and adopts a systematic research method to conduct a reverse study on the construction period related elements of segmental box girder erection and prefabrication;on the premise that prefabrication meets the demand of erection schedule,it focuses on the matching relationship of segmental box girder prefabricated by the long and short line pairing method,the prefabrication period of segmental box girder,the turnover and input quantity of shaped formwork.In addition,relevant parameters are proposed,which lay the technical foundation for the planning and design of beam yard.This paper clarifies the design ideas through practical design examples,which can provide reference for the planning and design of segmental box girder prefabrication yards.
