摘 要:为研究膨胀剂对特定比例大体积混凝土力学性能的影响,选取三种膨胀剂(UEA、CSA和MgO),测试分析不同含量膨胀剂对混凝土胀缩变形和强度特征的影响。试验结果表明:在试验基础配比基础上,膨胀剂种类不同,所需含水量不同,其坍落度亦有明显差异;在相同配比情况下,掺加MgO膨胀剂混凝土整体和易性优于UEA和CSA膨胀剂混凝土;在不低于施工标准强度条件下,MgO膨胀剂试样胀缩变形较UEA和CSA膨胀剂试样效果更好;掺加膨胀剂的混凝土抗压强度随膨胀剂掺量增加而降低。三种膨胀剂试样均达到高强度标准要求,其中掺加MgO膨胀剂试样强度更为稳定。To study the influence of expansion agents on specific mechanical properties of mass concrete,three expansion agents(i.e.,UEA,CSA and MgO)were selected to test and analyze the influence of different contents on concrete swell-shrink deformation and strength characteristics.The test results show that based on the test base ratio,different types of expansion agents require different water contents,and the slump also varies significantly.At the same ratio,the overall workability of concrete mixed with MgO expansion agent is better than that of UEA and CSA expansion agent concrete.In the concrete test sample with the strength not less than the construction standard,the swell-shrink deformation of MgO expansion agent is better with UEA and CSA expansion agent.The compressive strength of concrete mixed with expansion agent decreases with the incorporation of expansion agent.All three expander specimens meet the requirements of high strength standards,among which the strength of the sample with MgO expansion agent is more stable.
