基于土地适宜性评价和景观敏感度的崛围山风景名胜区分级保护规划

摘　　要：针对传统风景名胜区规划中采用经验判断或单因子分析进行土地适应性评价的不足,崛围山风景名胜区景区的分级保护规划借助ARCGIS进行土地适应性和景观敏感度评价,开展崛围山风景名胜区的综合保护分级研究,并制定分级保护策略。结果表明,一级、二级、三级保护区面积依次为50.46km2、107.30km2、4.77km2,分别占保护区总面积的31%、66%、3%。为后期进行风景名胜区新增景点选址、自然保护地整合优化提供依据,提高了风景名胜区规划和管理决策的科学性和合理性。In view of the shortcomings of using empirical judgment or single factor analysis for land adaptability evaluation in traditional scenic area planning, the hierarchical protection planning of the Juewei Mountain Scenic Area is carried out with the help of ARCGIS to evaluate the land adaptability and landscape sensitivity, carry out the comprehensive protection classification research of Juewei Mountain Scenic Area, and formulate the hierarchical protection strategy. The results show that the area of the first, second and third level protected areas is 50.46km~2, 107.30km~2 and 4.77km~2 respectively, which accounts for 31%, 66% and 3% of the total area of the protected areas respectively. It provides a basis for the site selection of new scenic spots and the integration and optimization of nature protected areas in the later stage, and improves the scientificity and rationality of planning and management decisions of scenic areas.
