乡村振兴背景下农业科研单位科技服务模式的探索——以安徽省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章介绍了安徽省农业科学院在乡村振兴背景下服务全省农业发展的工作模式、取得的主要成效,分析了科技服务工作中存在的问题,并针对问题从加强科技成果积累、改进科技服务模式、争取多方经费支持、完善考核激励机制等方面提出了加强科技服务工作的建议,旨在为农业科研单位服务乡村振兴提供参考。The work mode, main effect and existing problems of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences in serving the agricultural development of the whole province under the background of rural revitalization were introduced in the paper. In view of the existing problems,suggestions for strengthening the scientific and technological service work were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the accumulation of innovation achievements, improving the scientific and technological service model, seeking more funding support, and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism. The purpose is to provide reference for agricultural research institutes to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
