摘  要:为了验证碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)用于海上平台钢结构修复的可行性,对胜利油田两个海上平台钢结构采用CFRP进行加固或修复。对有缺陷的海上平台钢结构(存在减薄或凹坑缺陷)使用CFRP进行加固,采用拉拔强度对加固效果进行评估;对有裂纹的平台使用Q235钢结构进行人工拼接模拟,再用CFRP进行修复固定,采用拉伸强度和剪切强度评估其修复效果;研究了碳纤维布加固层数、钢结构除锈等级及浸渍胶固化时间对加固修复效果的影响。结果表明:碳纤维布加固层数对加固修复效果的影响最大,其次是喷砂除锈等级和浸渍胶固化时间;在海洋工程领域钢结构的修复中,平均固化温度为12℃、相对湿度为82%时,选择钢结构喷砂除锈等级Sa2.5、3层碳纤维布加固、浸渍胶固化时间12 h,钢结构的加固修复效果较好。To verify the feasibility of repairing the steel structures of offshore platforms with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),a scheme of using CFRP to reinforce or repair the steel structures of two offshore platforms in Shengli Oilfield was proposed.CFRP was used to reinforce the offshore platform steel structure with thinning or pit defects,and the reinforcement effect was evaluated by pull-off strength.Q235 steel structure was used for artificial splicing simulation of the cracked platform,and then CFRP was used for repair and reinforcement,and the repair performance was evaluated by tensile strength and shear strength.The effects of the number of carbon fiber reinforcement layers,the derusting grade of steel structure and the curing time of impregnation adhesive on the repair and reinforcement performance were studied.The results showed that the number of carbon fiber reinforcement layers had the greatest influence on the performance,followed by the sand blasting derusting grade and curing time of impregnation adhesive;and the favorable reinforcement effect can be achieved by selecting the sand blasting derusting grade of Sa2.5,three layers of carbon fiber cloth reinforcement,curing time of impregnation adhesive of 12 h when the average curing temperature was 12℃and the humidity was 82%.
