钢板表面星形裂纹的形成原因

摘　　要：某钢厂生产的钢板表面经常出现星形裂纹,采用宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电子显微镜分析和能谱分析等方法对该类裂纹产生原因进行分析,得出钢板表面星形裂纹产生的主要原因是铸坯表面存在气泡、晶间裂纹,或铸坯的低熔点物质选择性氧化或其含量高。最后提出了相应的改进措施。Star cracks often appear on the surface of steel plate produced by a steel plant, the reasons of such cracks were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy analysis and energy spectrum analysis. It was concluded that the main reasons of star cracks on the surface of steel plate were the existence of bubbles and intergranular cracks on the surface of slab, or the selective oxidation or high content of low melting point substances in slab. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
