摘  要:针对某气井套管螺纹粘扣的问题,采用宏观观察、螺纹参数测量、扫描电镜分析等方法对其进行原因分析,并对同类型新套管进行了上、卸扣试验。结果表明:该套管的螺纹参数符合要求;套管螺纹磷化层厚度分布不均匀和套管抗粘扣性能不好是该套管螺纹粘扣的主要原因。In view of the problem of thread gluing of casing thread in a gas well, the macro observation, thread parameter measurement and scanning electron microscope analysis were used to analyze its causes. The screw on and screw off test was carried out on the same type of new casing. The results show that the thread parameters of the casing met the requirements. The uneven thickness distribution of casing thread phosphating layer and poor anti-sticking performance of casing were the main reasons for the thread gluing of casing thread.
