摘 要:目的鉴别不同基原(石生黄堇和毛黄堇)野生和栽培的岩黄连,为岩黄连的标准研究提供基础。方法对岩黄连不同器官的横切面和粉末进行显微特征鉴别,并以巴马丁、脱氢卡维丁为对照品,进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果不同基原的野生和栽培岩黄连在显微特征和薄层色谱均有一定的差异,结合横切面特征鉴别、粉末特征鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别可以较好地区别不同基原的野生和栽培岩黄连。结论实验建立的显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别简便、快速,可有效的区别不同基原的野生和栽培岩黄连。Objective To identify the wild and cultivated Yanhuanlian of different origins(C.tomentella and C.saxicola),and provide a basis for the standard study of Yanhuanglian.Methods The microscopical characteristics of different organs in Yanhuanglian and TLC with palmatine and dehydrocavidine as control were identified.Results There were some differences in microscopic characteristics and TLC between wild and cultivated Yanhuanglian of different origins.The identification of wild and cultivated Yanhuanglian of different origins could be better distinguished by transverse section characteristics,powder characteristics and TLC.Conclusion The microscopical identification and TLC identification established in this experiment are simple and rapid,and these methods can effectively distinguish wild and cultivated Yanhuanglian from different origins.
