摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是由各种原因引发的肾脏结构和功能呈进行损害的慢性疾病,具有患病率高、预后较差和医疗费用高等特点,已成为影响人类健康的全球性公共卫生问题。近年来,国内专家强调中西医结合治疗,以期优化诊疗方案,更好地延缓疾病的进展。近几年的临床研究显示,肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病取得了较好的疗效。通过对肾康注射液的药理作用以及其在3~5期慢性肾脏病的临床治疗和安全性三方面展开综述,为肾康注射液治疗3~5期慢性肾脏病的深入研究和临床应用提供支持。Chronic kidney disease is a chronic disease that damages the structure and function of kidney caused by various reasons.It has the characteristics of high prevalence,poor prognosis and high medical cost.It has become a global public health problem affecting human health.In recent years,domestic experts have emphasized the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in order to optimize the diagnosis and treatment plan and better delay the progress of the disease.According to the clinical research in recent years,Shenkang Injection has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.The pharmacological effect of Shenkang Injection and its clinical treatment and safety in stage 3~5 chronic kidney disease was summarized,so as to provide support for the comprehensive and in-depth research and clinical application of Shenkang Injection in the treatment of stage 3~5 chronic kidney disease.
