摘  要:试验通过优选混凝土掺合料和优化混凝土配合比参数,得出免高压蒸汽养护管桩混凝土基本配合比参数:水胶比<0.24,胶凝材料用量≥480kg/m~3,砂率35%,HPWR-S标准型高性能减水剂掺量(含固量12%)为2.2%~2.5%,根据此配合比参数试验的管桩混凝土能满足3d抗压强度达到80MPa的设计要求,在此基础上进行了免高压蒸汽养护PHC管桩试样的生产。试验结果表明,PHC管桩的免压蒸养护生产技术可行。In this test, by optimizing concrete admixture and concrete mixing ratio parameters, the basic mixing ratio parameters of highpressure steam curing pipe pile concrete were obtained as follows: Water-binder ratio < 0.24, cementing material dosage≥480kg/m~3,sand rate 35%, HPWR-S standard high performance water reducing agent dosage(solid content 12%) 2.2%~2.5%, according to this mix parameter test pipe pile concrete can meet the design requirements of 3D compressive strength up to 80MPa. On this basis, the PHC pipe pile samples were produced without high pressure steam curing. The test results show that the production technology of PHC pipe pile is feasible.
