摘  要:深长灌注桩成孔工艺主要有正循环、反循环,冲击钻进设备简单、操作方便,但施工速度慢,施工质量难以控制,主要适用于卵石、坚硬岩层。深长灌注桩深度大,为提高施工效率多采用反循环回旋钻进,由于工艺缺陷,在砂层位置,尤其遇超厚砂层时,塌孔缩颈现象时有发生。文中结合工程实际情况,对深长灌注桩成孔施工工艺进行了详细阐述,并总结了相关施工技术要点。The hole forming process of deep and long cast-in-place piles mainly includes positive circulation and reverse circulation. The impact drilling equipment is simple and easy to operate, but the construction speed is slow and the construction quality is not easy to control.It is mainly suitable for pebbles and hard rock strata. Due to the large depth of deep cast-in-place piles, reverse circulation rotary drilling is often used to improve the construction efficiency. Due to process defects, cavity collapse and necking often occur in the sand layer, especially in the case of ultra thick sand layer. Combined with the actual situation of the project, this paper expounds the hole forming construction technology of deep and long cast-in-place piles in detail, and summarizes the advantages of construction technology.
