摘　　要：钢筋混凝土框架结构灵活性强、施工便捷,被广泛应用于多种工程。框架结构的柱下基础形式可分为独立基础、条形基础、筏板基础等多种类型。文中以永福御景城工程为例,针对柱下独立基础结构形式、要求、设计流程、计算以及基础拉梁设计等方面进行了阐述,并总结出了高层钢筋混凝土框架柱下独立基础结构施工要点及注意事项,以供参考。In the existing high-rise building projects, reinforced concrete frame structure has strong flexibility and convenient construction,and is widely used in different functional projects. The foundation under column of frame structure can be divided into independent foundation, strip foundation and raft foundation. Taking Yongfu Yujing city project as an example, this paper expounds the form, requirements,design process, calculation and foundation tie beam design of the independent foundation structure under the column, and summarizes the construction and precautions of the independent foundation structure under the column of high-rise reinforced concrete frame.
