摘  要:为了降低水利工程施工阶段的环境影响,文中提出了水利工程施工环境风险评价指标体系和评价模型。首先,利用风险分解结构分析并构建水利工程施工环境风险评价指标体系;其次,借助直觉模糊层次分析法的隶属度、非隶属度和犹豫度概念,充分考虑水利工程施工环境风险评价中的确定性、不确定性和犹豫性;最后,将评价指标体系和评价模型运用于安远县永镇水库工程,结果表明,最重要的施工环境风险为水资源影响,为该项目加强环境管理提供了参考。To reduce the environmental risk of hydraulic engineering construction, an index system and evaluation model were put forward.Firstly, the risk breakdown structure was used to analyze and construct the evaluation index system. Then, by membership degree, nonmembership degree, and hesitation degree of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the certainty, uncertainty and hesitation in environmental risk assessment were fully considered. Finally, the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation model were applied to Yongzhen Reservoir Project in Anyuan County. The results showed that the most important construction environmental risk was the impact of water resources, which provided insights for the project to strengthen environmental management.
