摘 要:设计了一种使用交流电源供电的预燃式等离子体射流点火器,探究了点火器射流长度H等参数在不同工况下的特点,分析了点火器供气流量W_(a)和调压器U_(a)以及是否通入煤油对等离子体射流的影响规律.实验结果表明,在无煤油参与时,调压器电压越大,点火器供气量越小,射流长度越大,其中在W_(a)=10 L/min、U_(a)=240 V时,射流长度达到最大,H=9 mm;当有煤油参与时,点火器存在点燃与未点燃两种状态,调压器电压越高,点火器供气量越小,点火器越易点燃.A pre-combustion plasma jet igniter powered by AC power supply was designed.The characteristics of jet length H and other parameters of the igniter under different working conditions were explored.The effects of air supply flow W_(a),pressure regulator U_(a) and kerosene on plasma jet were analyzed.The experimental results show that in the absence of kerosene,the higher the voltage of the regulator,the smaller the air supply of the igniter and the longer the jet length.When W_(a)=10 L/min and U_(a)=240 V,the jet length reaches the maximum,H=9 mm.When kerosene participates in the ignition reaction,there exist two states for the igniter:ignited and not ignited.The higher the regulator voltage is,the smaller the gas supply of igniter is,and the more easily the igniter is ignited.
