首件鉴定在柴油机新机型零部件开发中的应用探究

摘　　要：首件鉴定作为实施产品质量控制的重要手段之一,新机型开发中除标准件、借用件之外的零部件,均可通过其来验证产品可制造性、工艺可操作性及合理性、设备精度及生产能力等,以保证零部件质量。本文针对柴油机新机型零部件开发中首件鉴定的应用进行探究,分析鉴定的步骤和流程,总结出首件鉴定过程中的质量控制要点,为后续其他类型产品开发的首件鉴定提供参考依据。First Article Inspection is one of the most important methods for product quality control.To ensure the quality of development parts except standard parts and borrowed parts,we can use it to verify the manufacturability,process operability and rationality,equipment accuracy and production capacity.In this paper,we researched on first article inspection in the development of parts for new diesel engines,analyzed inspection steps and processes,summarized key points of quality control,which will provide reference for the development of other types of products first article inspection.
