摘  要:主轴承盖作为内燃机重要组成部分,发挥着固定曲轴等不可或缺的作用,其加工精度等质量参数直接影响到主轴承是否能与内燃机完美组合,是否能在高强度的内燃机工作环境下保持良好的性能。本文在分析了主轴承盖零件加工的关键工序的基础上,对设备选择、加工方案及设备优化等方面进行了着重的研究与分析,以期在达到加工质量、效率的同时更好的控制成本,希望本文的研究能为相关企业提供有价值的参考。As an important part of the internal combustion engine,the main bearing cap plays an indispensable role such as fixing the crankshaft.Its machining accuracy and other quality parameters directly affect whether the main bearing can be perfectly combined with the internal combustion engine and whether it can be used in the high-strength internal combustion engine working environment.maintain good performance.Based on the analysis of the key process of the main bearing cap parts processing,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of equipment selection,processing plan and equipment optimization,in order to achieve the processing quality and efficiency while better controlling the cost,It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide valuable reference for related enterprises.
