摘　　要：重型柴油机的尿素喷射系统,使用场景复杂且故障频率较高。本文针对尿素喷射压力高故障产生机理进行分析,结合典型故障案例进行解析验证,提出针对性的优化改进方案,提升系统的可靠性。The usagr scenarios of urea injection system of heavy-duty disesel are very complex,and the frequency of the malfunctions is very high.This artical discusses the mechanism of high pressure malfunction of urea injection,analyzes the typical fault cases and proposes targeted improvement measures to improve the reliability of system.
