摘 要:在我国交通运输行业发展过程中,半挂车是货物运输的重要载体,如果半挂车的车架出现开裂等问题,会对货物运输等的安全带来很大威胁,严重会危及人们的生命、财产安全。因此,本文主要对半挂车车架的开裂问题展开具体的研究与分析,不断对半挂车车架的强度、刚度、模态等进行分析,掌握车架开裂的原因,进而提出更加行之有效的解决办法,优化车架设计方案,维护半挂车车架应用的安全性与可靠性,促进我国交通运输行业安全、稳步、健康、持续发展。In the development process of my country's transportation industry,semi-trailer is an important carrier for cargo transportation.If the frame of the semi-trailer has cracks and other problems,it will bring a great threat to the safety of cargo transportation,and will seriously endanger people's lives and property.Safety.Therefore,this paper mainly conducts specific research and analysis on the cracking problem of the semi-trailer frame,and continuously analyzes the strength,stiffness,modal,etc.The solution is to optimize the frame design scheme,maintain the safety and reliability of the semi-trailer frame application,and promote the safe,steady,healthy and sustainable development of my country's transportation industry.
