摘　　要：本文对驱动桥总成齿轮疲劳台架试验过程中断裂的从动齿轮连接螺栓进行失效分析,通过从从动齿轮连接螺栓受力、螺栓断口形貌、金相组织、硬度、化学成份和从动齿轮连接螺栓的装配工艺等方面进行综合分析,查找失效原因为从动齿轮连接螺栓松动而疲劳断裂,从而提出防止从动齿轮连接螺栓松动的建议和措施。In this paper,the failure analysis of the driven gear bolt of the drive axle is carried out.Through the comprehensive analysis of the force of the driven gear connecting bolt,the fracture morphology of the bolt,metallographic structure,hardness and chemical composition,it is found that the failure reason is the fatigue fracture caused by the loosening of the bolt,so as to put forward the suggestions and measures to prevent the loosening of the bolt.
