摘　　要：公司自制生产多种机型的船用柴油机,各个类型的机体缸套直径都不相同。柴油机进行机体试压组装时,需要精准定位缸套然后进行压装;同时,柴油机在维修过程中,必须对缸套进行解体、检测以及修复,一次机体大修需要多次吊装缸套,为了保证操作者安全吊装缸套,同时提高吊装的效率,设计了此船用柴油机缸套专用吊具。The company produces a variety of models of Marine diesel engines,each type of cylinder liner diameter is different.When diesel engine body pressure test assembly,it is necessary to accurately position cylinder liner and then press assembly;At the same time,the diesel engine in the maintenance process,it is necessary to disassemble,detect and repair the cylinder liner,a body overhaul needs to lift the cylinder liner several times,in order to ensure the operator to lift the cylinder liner safely,and improve the efficiency of lifting at the same time,the design of Marine diesel engine cylinder liner special hanger.
