摘 要:常规的二级圆柱齿轮减速器设计中,往往依赖于过去的经验并需要反复试验、校核,才获得满足设计要求的方案。现利用MATLAB优化函数,对减速器中各级齿轮参数进行优化设计,并将设计过程中的齿形系数等离散变量进行拟合分析,以提高优化设计的准确性。将所得结与传统设计方案相比,结果不仅满足各项强度要求,并且减速器的中心距还减少了25%。In general,the design of two-stage cylindrical gear reducer often depends on past experience and needs repeated trials and verification to obtain the scheme that meets the design requirements.Now we use MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the gear parameters in the reducer,and fit the discrete variables such as the tooth form factor in the design process,so as to improve the accuracy of optimization design.Compared with the traditional design scheme,the results not only meet the strength requirements,but also reduce the center distance of the reducer by 25%.
