摘 要:为观测永磁同步电机放大助力汽车转向系统中驾驶员施加的力,以在设计阶段对PMSM控制的性能提前预知与优化,进行了基于PMSM控制的汽车转向助力控制模型设计与仿真研究。建立永磁同步电机三相静止坐标下的电压方程及机械运动与电磁转矩方程,为电机仿真提供了理论参考。在MATLAB Simulink中建立了以方向盘角速度输入的PMSM转向助力控制仿真模型,建立了电机驱动Simulink模型与机械模型。仿真得到了电机三相电压及电流变化情况,同时得到了驱动器、动力辅助和总扭矩变化情况,结果表明该模型可很好地放大助力汽车转向系统,为电动助力汽车转向相关研究提供了参考。In order to observe the force exerted by the driver in the power assisted vehicle steering system amplified by permanent magnet synchronous motor and predict and optimize the performance of PMSM control in advance in the design stage,the design and Simulation of vehicle steering power control circuit based on PMSM control are carried out.The voltage equation,mechanical motion and electromagnetic torque equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor in three-phase static coordinates are established,which provides a theoretical reference for motor simulation.In MATLAB Simulink,the PMSM steering power control simulation circuit with steering wheel angular speed input is established,and the motor-driven Simulink model and mechanical model are established.The changes of three-phase voltage and current of the motor are obtained by simulation,and the changes of driver,power assist and total torque are obtained.The results show that the model can amplify the power assisted vehicle steering system well,which provides a reference for the related research of electric power assisted vehicle steering.
