摘 要:建立了压电执行器多场耦合加载试验系统,对压电执行器在多场下的电学特性进行了测试。结果表明,随温度升高至120℃,压电执行器的电容呈现类似抛物线的增加趋势,等效电阻减小了约37%,损耗角正切值增加约149%,充放电电流峰值增加,输出位移增加27.9%;负载增加使得执行器电容增加了34.5%,损耗角正切值先增加随后略微降低,静态迟滞回线包络面积减小,执行器迟滞性降低,机械损耗减少,为开展压电喷油器高精度控制研究奠定基础。The multi-field coupled loading test system of piezoelectric actuator was established,and the electrical characteristics of piezoelectric actuator in thermal electric force field were tested.The results show that the capacitance of piezoelectric actuator increases like a parabola with the temperature rising to 120℃.The equivalent resistance in the equivalent circuit decreases by 37%,and the tangent of loss angle increases by 149%,which leads to the increase of the peak value of charge discharge current and the increase of output displacement by 27.9%.The increase of load increases the actuator capacitance by 34.5%,and the tangent of loss angle increases first and then decreases slightly.With the increase of load,the hysteresis of piezoelectric actuator decreases and the mechanical loss of actuator decreases.The research lays a foundation for the high precision control of piezoelectric injector.
