摘　　要：患者,男,55岁,因反复高热,多发淋巴结及脾肿大入院。骨髓穿刺培养出荚膜组织胞浆菌,经rDNA ITS序列测定证实。予两性霉素B序贯伊曲康唑抗真菌治疗有效,一般情况好转,病情稳定出院。A 55-year-old man was hospitalized due to repeated high fever,multiple lymph nodes and splenomegaly.Histoplasma capsulatum was cultured by bone marrow puncture and confirmed by rDNA ITS sequencing.Amphotericin B sequential itraconazole antifungal treatment was effective and the general condition was improved.The condition was stable and the patient was discharged from the hospital.
