摘 要:双侧壁导坑法不同开挖顺序对特大断面浅埋小净距隧道施工期稳定性的影响已成为研究热点。以采用双侧壁导坑法进行施工的柳州市某隧道项目为工程背景,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立二维模型,重点分析了4种不同开挖顺序下隧道围岩的应力、位移变化规律。结果表明:先开挖浅埋侧隧道导洞,施工偏压方向由深埋侧指向浅埋侧,与地形偏压方向一致,加剧了隧道的偏压效应以及地表沉降量,即先开挖深埋侧隧道导洞更为合理;先开挖隧道侧导洞约可减少25%的拱顶、地表沉降量,即有效抑制了支护结构及围岩的位移变化量。结合现场监控量测结果可知,该隧道施工阶段监测点的位移变化规律与数值模拟结果相似,均存在位移量突变的现象,其中,后行隧道地表沉降监测点的位移突增量约占总沉降量的55.6%。The influence of different excavation sequences of double side drift method on the stability of super large section shallow buried small spacing tunnel during construction has become the research focus.Taking one Road Tunnel Project in Liuzhou City as the research background,which is constructed by double side drift method,a two-dimensional model is established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the stress and displacement variation of tunnel surrounding rock under four different excavation sequences are analyzed.The results show that for the pilot tunnel on the shallow buried side,the construction bias direction is from the deep buried side to the shallow buried side,which is consistent with the terrain bias direction,if it is excavated first,the bias effect of the tunnel and the surface settlement will aggravate,so it is more reasonable to preferentially excavate the deep buried side tunnel.Excavation of tunnel side pilot tunnel can reduce the vault and ground settlement by 25%,which effectively inhibits the displacement variation of supporting structure and surrounding rock.Combined with the results of field monitoring and measurement,the displacement variation law of the monitoring points in the construction stage of this project is similar to that of the numerical simulation,and there is a sudden change in the displacement.Among them,the displacement sudden increment of the monitoring points of the ground settlement of the backward tunnel accounts for about 55.6%of the total settlement.
