摘　　要：海洋文化建设是建设海洋强国的重要组成部分,当前,弘扬和发展中国海洋文化具有鲜明的时代意涵。全面加强我国新时代海洋文化建设应紧紧围绕我国海洋事业的战略需求展开,在弘扬中国传统海洋文化的基础上,结合时代特点,阐释中国海洋文化的内涵,发展创新具有中国特色、彰显中华文明特点的海洋文化。Building a strong marine culture is an important part of building a strong maritime country. At present, the promotion and development of China’s marine culture has a distinctive connotation of the times. The comprehensive strengthening of China’s marine culture in the new era should be centered around the strategic needs of China’s marine industry. Based on China’s traditional marine culture and the characteristics of the times, we should clearly articulate the vision of a strong marine culture, elaborate the connotations of China’s marine culture and develop innovatively a marine culture with Chinese characteristics that highlights the features of Chinese civilization.
