钻杆接头耐磨带焊接材料的选择及应用

摘　　要：综述了钻杆接头耐磨带焊接材料的选用原则及工程应用。结果表明,钻杆接头耐磨带焊接材料的选用可以采用“性能匹配”原则,即在保证耐磨带具有一定高硬度(比如不低于HRC55)条件下,尽量减小套管的被动磨损,同时允许钻杆接头耐磨带适度磨损。钻杆接头耐磨带焊接材料的种类较多,采用的工艺方法各具特色;国外知名品牌焊接材料性能优良,钻杆接头耐磨带焊接材料的国产化工作已经取得阶段性成果。国产化焊接材料生产的钻杆接头耐磨带已在各类钻井工程中成功应用,其各项性能指标已经达到国外知名品牌水平,发挥了良好的经济和社会效益。The selection principles and engineering applications of welding consumables for wear resistant hardbanding of drill string joints were reviewed. The results show that the selection of the welding consumables for the wear resistant hardbanding of the drill string joint can adopt the principle of “property matching”, that is, under the condition of ensuring that the wear resistant hardbanding has a certain high hardness(such as not less than HRC55), the passive wear of the casing is minimized,and the wear resistant hardbanding of the drill string joint is allowed to wear moderately. There are many types of welding consumables, and the process methods used have their own characteristics. The properties of welding consumables of well-known foreign brands are excellent, and the localization of welding consumables for the wear resistant hardbanding of drill string joints has achieved phased results.The wear resistant hardbanding of drill string joints produced by the domestic welding consumables has been successfully applied in various types of drilling projects, and its performance indicators have reached the level of well-known foreign brands, and have played a good economic and social benefit.
