摘  要:结合近十几年高温钎焊领域的相关代表性文献,从钎料成分及制备、钎焊工艺参数和计算材料科学多个角度归纳分析高温钎焊的影响因素和研究现状,叙述高温钎焊领域的技术发展,并对高温钎焊未来的发展方向进行了展望。High temperature brazing is the most widely used joining technology in the maintenance of aerospace hot end parts.The research and development of high temperature brazing is of great significance to the improvement of the efficiency of aero-engine and other hot end parts.The influential factors and research status of high temperature brazing were analyzed from the aspects of solder composition and preparation,brazing process parameters and material science.The technological development of high temperature brazing was summarized,and the future development direction of high temperature brazing was forecasted.
