摘  要:针对弹引系统在侵彻多层硬目标过程中传感器加速度信号的动态响应情况,建立了2种不同固连结构弹引系统侵彻3层混凝土靶板的有限元模型,进行数值仿真计算。利用峰值放大系数和层间运动振动系数对侵彻过程进行分段时域特征分析,对比研究了2种结构对传感器动态特性的影响。结果表明:2种固连结构弹引系统内部传感器的响应信号比弹体加速度信号幅值更大,振动扰动程度也更大;在相同侵彻工况下,体螺纹固连结构在卵型部贯穿靶板阶段峰值放大系数更大,而在层间运动阶段整体振动系数更小。In order to study the sensor acceleration signal in penetrating multi-layer hard target,the finite element models of the missile-fuze system penetrating three-layer concrete target were established and the numerical simulation calculation of penetrating process was carried out.The peak amplification coefficient and the vibration coefficient of interlayer motion were used to analyze the segmentation time domain characteristics of the penetration process,and the influence of the two structures on the dynamic characteristics of the sensor was compared.The results show that the response signal amplitude of the internal sensor inside the two connection structures is larger than the acceleration signal of the projectile body,and the vibration disturbance degree is larger as well.Under the same penetration condition,the peak amplification coefficient of the body thread connection structure is larger in the stage of penetration through the target plate,while the overall vibration coefficient is smaller in the stage of interlaminar motion.
