摘　　要：以后福特主义为指导,探究培养高质量设计人才、创新设计教育体系的路径。在设计课程体系中导入后福特主义中“个人化”“多样化”“精细化”等理念。使设计教育体系得到完善与成熟。将“后福特主义”的理念和原则贯穿于设计人才培养全过程中,是“以本为本”的新时代高校设计教育思想的具体实践,引领我国设计教育可持续性发展。To explore the path of cultivating high-quality design talents and innovative design education system under the guidance of futurism. The concepts of "personalization", "diversification" and "refinement" in post Fordism were introduced into the curriculum design system. Provide the cornerstone of theoretical research and practical application for the gradual improvement and maturity of the design education system. The idea and principle of "post Fordism" run through the whole process of design talent training, which is the specific practice of "peopleoriented" design education thought in Colleges and universities in the new era, and leads the sustainable development of design education in China.
