摘 要:为增加温湿度测量点数,提高采集效率,实现可视化检测,基于STM32F429型单片机与SHT20型温湿度传感器,研制了一种多路温湿度扫描检测系统。系统有16个温湿度测点,采用每路双GPIO方式模拟传感器IIC通信时序,通过移植UCOS操作系统及任务信号量实现16路测量任务间的通信与切换,实现16路温湿度扫描采集,保证数据传输稳定可靠。基于Matlab GUI开发环境,进行了主界面、串口配置与调试界面、数据曲线界面、进入监测系统界面等的开发,并将接收的温湿度数据保存至PC机,通过二维彩绘实时显示温湿度分布。经冷气降温实验表明,系统运行稳定可靠,实现了高效采集与可视检测。In order to increase the number of temperature and humidity measurement points,and improve the collection efficiency and realize visual detection,a multi-channel temperature and humidity scanning detection system is developed based on the MCU of STM32F429 and the temperature and humidity sensor of SHT20. The system has sixteen measuring points. Each channel of double GPIO mode is used to simulate the IIC communication sequence of the sensor. The communication and switching between sixteen channel measurement tasks are realized by transplanting UCOS operating system and task semaphore,and the scanning and acquisition of the sixteen measuring points are realized,so as to ensure stable and reliable data transmission. The main interface,serial port configuration and debugging,data curve,access to the monitoring system and other interfaces are developed based on the development environment of Matlab GUI. The received temperature and humidity data are saved to PC,and the temperature and humidity distribution is displayed in real time through two-dimensional color drawing.The cooling experiment shows that the system runs stably and reliably,and realizes efficient acquisition and visual detection.
