摘 要:在由串联超级电容组成的电压不匹配储能模块中,一些电压较高或较低的单体在循环过程中可能出现过充或过放电现象,这种现象会加剧单体间电压的不平衡。为了充分利用串联超级电容器组的寿命和存储性能,需要均衡串联超级电容器组的单体电压。电压均衡技术是超级电容应用中的一个关键部分。该文在综合分析已有串联超容组均压技术的基础上,设计了一种均压电路。该均压电路省去了电压检测和电压比较电路,先后阐述了均压原理、过程,对此均压电路进行了PSIM仿真,结果表明此均压电路能实现各单体电压均衡的功能。In the voltage mismatch energy storage module composed of series supercapacitors,some cells with higher or lower voltage may be overcharged or overdischarged during the cycle,which will aggravate the voltage imbalance between the cells. In order to make full use of the life and storage performance of the series supercapacitor bank,the cell voltage of the series supercapacitor bank needs to be balanced.Voltage equalization technology is a key part of supercapacitor application. This article designs a voltage equalization circuit on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the existing voltage equalization technology of series supercapacitor group. The voltage equalization circuit omits the voltage detection and voltage comparison circuits,and successively elaborates the principle and process of voltage equalization. PSIM simulation of the voltage equalization circuit is carried out,and the result shows that the voltage equalization circuit can realize the function of voltage equalization of each cell.
