摘　　要：我国是家兔养殖大国,然而我国大部分屠宰加工厂仅注重对兔肉、兔皮和兔毛的利用与开发,对家兔副产品综合利用效率极低。在对兔产品进行深加工的过程中,也要注重对兔副产品的开发利用,通过延长产业链、提高附加值来推动我国兔产业的持续健康发展。China is a large country of rabbit breeding in the world.However,most slaughtering and processingplants in China only focus on the utilization and development of rabbit meat,rabbit skin and rabbit hair,and thecomprehensive utilization efficiency of rabbit slaughtering by-products is very low.Therefore,in the process ofdeep processing of rabbit products,we should also pay attention to the development and utilization of rabbit by-products,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China′s rabbit industry by extending the in-dustrial chain and increasing added value.
