摘  要:用三向测力仪、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究热处理工艺及切削用量对7075铝合金切削加工性的影响,基于正交试验建立切削力经验公式。结果表明:切削深度对切削力的影响最大,其次是切削速度和进给量。切削力随切削速度增加先增后减,与切削深度及进给量间正相关。由工件表面SEM照片可观察到,在较大的切削速度及较小的进给量下工件加工表面粗糙度更好,主要表面缺陷为切屑黏结及较明显的进给痕迹。通过XRD分析,7075铝合金经T6I4热处理后的稳定性更佳,在铝基体中析出较多细小的η相。在相同的切削参数下,7075-T6I4态铝合金的切削力最小,工件表面质量最优。经热处理工艺后,7075铝合金的硬度显著提高。The effects of heat treatment process and cutting conditions on machinability of 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated using three-component dynamometer,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD),and based on orthogonal test,the empirical formula of cutting force was established.The results show that cutting depth has the greatest influence on cutting force,followed by cutting speed and feedrate.The cutting force firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of cutting speed,and the relationship is positively correlated between cutting force and cutting depth and feed rate.The SEM of workpiece surface displays that the higher cutting speed and smaller feed produce a better surface roughness,and the main surface defects are bonding of cuttings and obvious traces for feed rate.The XRD analysis suggests that the stability of 7075 aluminum alloy is more stable after T6I4 heat treatment,and many tinyηphases exist in the aluminum matrix.Under the same cutting parameters,the cutting force of 7075-T6I4 aluminum alloy is the lowest,with the best workpiece surface quality.After the heat treatment process,the hardness of 7075 aluminum alloy significantly improve.
