摘 要:以氟硅橡胶为基体,制备铝镀镍粒子填充型导电橡胶,对其电性能、力学性能和耐温性进行测试。同时开展铝镀镍导电橡胶、铝镀银导电橡胶和玻璃镀银导电橡胶耐盐雾腐蚀性的对比研究,探讨不同类型导电橡胶在盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为机理。结果表明:铝镀镍导电橡胶的体积电阻率为0.088Ω·cm,可在温度为-55~170℃范围内使用。具有核壳结构的铝镀镍和铝镀银导电粒子与铝制基板发生电化学腐蚀的同时,其铝核与镍/银包覆层间同样存在电化学腐蚀。与银-铝相比,镍-铝间的电位差较低,因此,铝镀镍导电橡胶的耐盐雾腐蚀性能最佳,在144 h盐雾试验后,铝制基板的质量损失仅为0.076%,可用于海洋环境中电子信息设备的缝隙电磁防护。Conductive rubber filled with nickel-coated aluminum power was prepared,and the fluorosilicone rubber was used as matrix.The electrical properties,mechanical properties and temperature resistance of conductive rubber were tested.The salt spray corrosion resistance of nickel-coated aluminum conductive rubber,silver-coated aluminum conductive rubber and silvercoated glass microsphere conductive rubber were compavativey studied,and the corrosion behavior and mechanism of different types of conductive rubbers in salt spray environments were discussed.The results show that the volume resistivity of the nickelcoated aluminum conductive rubber is 0.088Ω·cm,and it can be used within the temperature range of-55-170℃.The galvanic corrosion occurres between nickel-coated aluminum and silver-coated aluminum conductive particles with core-shell structure and the aluminum substrate,and on the other hand,galvanic corrosion also exists between the aluminum core of the composite conductive particles and the nickel or silver coating layer.Compared with silver-aluminum,the potential difference of nickelaluminum is relatively low.Therefore,nickel-coated aluminum conductive rubber exhibits the best salt spray corrosion resistance.After the 144 h salt spray test,the mass loss of the aluminum substrate is only 0.076%,it can be used for electromagnetic wave protection of electronic information equipment in the marine environment.
