摘  要:为提高叠堆式超磁致伸缩驱动器(GMA)高速开关阀的平均磁场强度和均匀度,设计一种无气隙叠堆式GMA高速开关阀结构。用Ansys Maxwell建立叠堆式GMA磁场仿真模型,与理论分析结果进行对比,验证仿真模型的可信度。通过分析无气隙新型套筒、无气隙传统套筒与气隙式传统套筒等3种GMA结构的磁场特性,发现无气隙GMA的平均磁场强度略高于气隙式GMA,两者的磁场均匀度接近;无气隙新型GMA的平均磁场强度和磁场均匀度明显优于气隙式传统GMA,3根GMM棒的平均磁场强度分别增大6.3、9.7、8.1 kA/m,均匀度分别提高75.2%、51.2%、79.1%。结果表明:无气隙新型GMA磁场性能明显优于传统无气隙与气隙式GMA,可见GMA设计结构有效,为高频响大流量高速开关阀的设计提供理论基础。In order to improve the average magnetic field strength and uniformity of the high speed switching valve(GMA)high speed switching valve,a high speed switching valve structure without air gap stack GMA high speed switching valve was designed.The Ansys Maxwell was used to establish a stacktype GMA magnetic field simulation model,compared with the theoretical analysis results,the confidence of simulation models was verified.By analyzing the magnetic field characteristics of three GMA structures such as non-air gaps,air gaps and air gaps,it was found that their the average magnetic field strength of the air gap GMA was slightly higher than the air gap GMA.Magnetic field uniformity of both was basically close.The average magnetic field strength and magnetic field uniformity without the novel GMA were significantly better than that of the air gap,the average magnetic field strength of 3 GMM rods increased by 6.3 kA/m,9.7 kA/m and 8.1 kA/m,respectively,the uniformity increased by 75.2%,51.2%and 79.1%,respectively.The results show that the magnetic field performance of no air gap novel GMA is significantly better than traditional non-air gap and air gap GMA,the GMA design structure is effective,providing theoretical foundation for high frequency response large flow high speed switch valve.
