摘  要:讨论样品尺寸,以及Si作为合金和杂质元素时对Al-Fe-Mg-Cu系铝合金带的抗拉强度、伸长率及导电率的影响。结果表明:Si作为合金元素后(0.35%~0.45%,质量分数),Al-Fe-Mg-Cu系铝合金带的抗拉强度升高,导电性下降。但无论Si是杂质还是合金元素存在,铝合金带的伸长率均高于12%,导电率均高于50%IACS。另外,样品尺寸对铝合金带拉伸性能和导电率无明显影响。The effects of sample size and Si element as an alloying element and an impurity element on the tensile strength,elongation and conductivity of a Al-Fe-Mg-Cu alloy strip were discussed in this paper.The results show that after adding Si as alloy element(0.35%-0.45%),the tensile strength of Al-Fe-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy strip increases and the conductivity decreases.However,whether Si exists as impurity element or alloy element,the elongation of aluminum alloy strip is higher than12%and the conductivity is higher than 50%IACS.In addition,the change of sample size has no obvious effect on the tensile properties and conductivity of aluminum alloy strip.
