摘　　要：目的:研究曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜手术对轻度子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者血清LH、FSH、E2的影响。方法:选择本院2017年1月至2020年1月收入的60例轻度子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,均30例,对照组采取腹腔镜手术,研究组在此基础上联合曲普瑞林治疗,观察两组流产率、妊娠成功率及复发率,治疗前后性激素与不良反应情况。结果:两组流产率无差异,治疗前两组性激素之间无差异,两组不良反应总发生率为16.67%、13.33%无差异,P>0.05,研究组成功妊娠率70.00%高于对照组的50.00%,复发率6.67%低于对照组的20.00%,治疗后研究组性激素均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对于轻度子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者,可采取曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜手术治疗,能够改善患者性激素水平,并提高临床妊娠率,降低复发率,治疗期间不良反应少,安全性高,值得应用。Objective:To explore the impact of triptorelin and laparoscopy on serum LH(luteinizing hormone),FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone)and E2(estradiol)levels of mild endometriosis(EMT)patients with infertility.Methods:60 mild EMT patients with infertility treated from January 2017 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected and grouped by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group took the laparoscopy;the research group took the laparoscopy and triptorelin.The abortion rate,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate,gonadal hormone and adverse reactions were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant between-group differences about the abortion rate and gonadal hormone levels.The adverse event rate between control group and research group was not significantly different(16.67%vs 13.33%,P>0.05);the pregnancy rate in the research group(70.00%)was significantly higher than control group(50.00%);the recurrence rate in the research group(6.67%)was significantly lower than control group(20.00%);after treatment,the gonadal hormone levels in the research group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triptorelin combined with laparoscopy can improve the gonadal hormone levels and pregnancy rate,and reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reactions for mild EMT patients with infertility.
