摘　　要：以新时代卓越拔尖人才培养为目标,探析“新工科”建设背景下地方综合高校人才培养模式,坚持以本为本,落实四个回归,以全方位开放的创新实践教学体系为纲本,注重新时代教育技术与“六卓越一拔尖”人才培养的深度融合。着眼于“三位一体”卓越拔尖人才培养体系建设,实现新时代经济发展所需的高层次创新型拔尖人才的有效衔接。With the goal of cultivating outstanding and top-notch talents in the new era,this paper explores and analyzes the talent training mode of local comprehensive colleges and universities under the background of "new engineering" construction,adheres to this principle,implements the four regressions,takes an all-round and open innovative practice teaching system as the outline,and pays attention to The deep integration of educational technology in the new era and the cultivation of "six outstanding and one top-notch" talents.Focusing on the construction of the "three-in-one" excellent and top-notch talent training system,we will realize the effective connection of high-level innovative top-notch talents required for economic development in the new era.
