2018版国家基本药物在某三甲中医院的使用现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解某三甲中医院国家基本药物的使用现状,为三级医疗机构推进实施国家基本药物提供理论数据和依据。方法通过安徽省药品集中采购平台导出某三甲中医院2019―2020年的药品目录,梳理出该院在用基本药物的药品目录,采用Excel表对数据进行统计处理和分析。结果该院2019―2020年在用国家基本药物品种数分别为324种、322种,基本药物配备率分别为47.30%、47.01%。在用基本药物采购金额分别为12820.33万元、10494.15万元,采购金额占全院药品采购总金额的比例分别为26.07%、25.50%。在用化学药品和生物制品类国家基本药物2019年为246种,2020年为244种,其中心血管系统用药和激素及内分泌药连续两年稳居金额排序第一、二;中成药在用品种数没有变化,连续两年都是78种,内科用药55种,占品种数的71%。结论该院国家基本药物的品种配备率符合有关文件要求,但离《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好短缺药品保供稳价工作的意见》的目标还有差距。建议该院根据2018版国家基本药物目录要求继续适当增加品种,临床应优先使用国家基本药物,进一步重视和强化基本药物的合理使用。Objective To understand the current situation of the use of national essential drugs in a tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide theoretical data and basis for tertiary medical institutions to promote the implementation of national essential drugs.Methods The drug catalog of a tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 2019 to 2020 was exported through Anhui Province drug centralized purchasing platform,and the drug catalog of essential drugs in use in the hospital was sorted out,and the data was statistically processed and analyzed by Excel.Results In 2019 and 2020,there were 324 and 322 kinds of national essential drugs in use,and the allocation rate of essential drugs was 47.30%and 47.01%respectively;the purchase amount was 128.2033million yuan and 104.9415 million yuan respectively,accounting for 26.07%and 25.50%of the total drug purchase amount of the hospital.There were 246 kinds of national essential drugs in use in 2019 and 244 kinds in 2020,among which cardiovascular system drugs,hormones and endocrine drugs ranked first and second in terms of money for two consecutive years;there was no change in the number of Chinese patent medicines in use,78 kinds in two consecutive years,and 55 kinds in internal medicine,accounting for 71%of the total.Conclusion The variety allocation rate of national essential drugs in our hospital meets the requirements of relevant documents,but there is still a gap from the goal of"Opinions of the general office of the State Council on further improving the supply and price stability of drugs in shortage".It is suggested that the hospital should continue to increase the number of varieties according to the2018 edition of the national essential drugs list,give priority to the use of national essential drugs in clinic,and further pay attention to and strengthen the rational use of essential drugs.
