摘 要:随着钢铁行业快速发展,钢铁冶炼过程中产生的尘泥数量巨大,亟需对钢铁厂尘泥进行资源化利用,在回收金属资源的同时避免产生环境危害。通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、X射线衍射仪等对OG泥、冷轧泥、环境灰和电炉灰的Zn含量和Zn物相组成进行分析,并对这4种钢铁厂尘泥进行NaOH浸出特性研究。分析结果表明,钢铁厂尘泥中Zn元素主要以ZnO、ZnFe_(2)O_(4)的形式存在,4种尘泥Zn含量在1.9%~10%之间,具有相应的资源化潜力。浸出试验表明,用6 mol/L NaOH溶液在不同液固比、温度、时间的浸出条件下,OG泥、冷轧泥、环境灰和电炉灰的Zn浸出率最大可达80%、96%、55%、60%,不同影响因素对Zn浸出率的影响程度有所区别。With the rapid development of iron and steel industry,a large amount of dust is produced in the process of iron and steel smelting.The iron and steel plant dust is reused to recover the metal resources and avoid the harm to the environment at the same time.The zinc content and zinc phase composition of OG mud,cold rolled mud,environmental ash and electric furnace ash were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer and X-ray diffraction,and the leaching characteristics of sodium hydroxide were studied for these four kinds of iron and steel dust.The analysis results show that the zinc element mainly exists in the form of zinc oxide and zinc ferrite,and the zinc content of the four kinds of dust slime is between 1.9%and 10%,which has the corresponding resource utilization potential.The leaching test shows that under the leaching conditions of different liquid-solid ratio,temperature and time with 6 mol/L NaOH,the maximum zinc leaching rate of mud,cold rolled mud,environmental ash and electric furnace ash can reach 80%,96%,55%,60%.The influence of different factors on zinc leaching rate is different.
