摘  要:全无机卤化物钙钛矿材料(CsPbX_(3),X=Cl,Br,I)由于其优异的光学性能,在光电领域具有广阔的发展前景,但全无机钙钛矿量子点对水、空气等外界环境特别的敏感限制了其发展。因此,提高全无机钙钛矿量子点的稳定性非常重要。通过掺杂Zn^(2+)取代CsPbX_(3)中的部分Pb,进一步包覆聚苯乙烯(PS),然后利用静电纺丝技术制备出Zn掺杂CsPbI_(3)@PS复合纤维薄膜。CsPbI_(3)纳米晶在聚合物纤维中原位生长,制得的PS电纺薄膜不仅具有CsPbI_(3)钙钛矿量子点的荧光性质,而且其稳定性显著提高,可保存2个月仍具有荧光效果,并且实现其在白光二极管(WLED)器件上的应用。All-inorganic halide perovskite materials(CsPbX_(3),X=Cl,Br,I)have broad development prospects in optoelectronics due to their excellent optical properties.However,the sensitivity of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots to external environments such as water and air limits their development.Therefore,it is very important to study the stability of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots.The polystyrene(PS)was further coated by doping Zn^(2+)to replace part of Pb in CsPbX_(3),and then Zn-doped CsPbI_(3)@PS composite fiber films were prepared by electrospinning technology.CsPbI_(3)nanocrystals were grown in situ on polymer fibers.The prepared PS electrospun film not only has CsPbI_(3)fluorescence properties of the perovskite quantum dots,its stability is significantly improved,it can be stored for 2 months and still has fluorescence effect.And it can also realize its application in white light diode(WLED)devices.
