摘 要:海绵城市作为中国新一代雨洪管理系统,逐步应用于全国各大城市建设中;建设目标作为海绵城市实施的首要任务,其实施途径还未完全成熟。文章以深圳前海合作区某地块为例,对其年径流总量控制率、雨量综合径流系数及径流污染负荷率等建设目标的实现途径进行探讨,并归纳总结出“WSFM”实施方案,即“加权平均法+软件模拟法+公式法”。此外,还对海绵城市建设目标实施的可行性进行了分析,为前海合作区海绵城市建设顺利进行提供了理论依据。Sponge city is a new generation of stormwater management system in China,and is gradually applied in the urban construction.Implementation of construction goal is the primary task of the sponge city,but the implementing way is not fully mature.This paper takes the example of Qianhai cooperative district of Shenzhen and discusses the methods of achieving the target of constructing a sponge city.The study takes into account the total annual runoff,comprehensive rainfall runoff coefficient,and runoff pollution load rate,and summarizing the WSFM implementation plan,which is the weighted average method,software simulation method and formula method.In addition,this paper also analyzes the feasibility of sponge city construction goals,which provides the theory basis for the sponge city construction in Qianhai cooperative district.Meanwhile,the implementation plan can provide reference for other cities solving the problem of sponge city construction goal in the future.
