摘 要:湍西分干1#隧洞一期工程建设长度1.74 km,隧洞桩号0+060~0+700段长640 m采用明挖法施工,桩号0+700~1+800段长1100 m采用喷锚支护暗挖法或顶管法施工。这1100 m长的隧洞施工需对喷锚支护暗挖与顶管两种方案进行比选,以确定最优设计方案。通过对设计喷锚支护暗挖和顶管两种方案进行技术经济比选,结果表明,顶管方案虽然投资略高,但机械化程度高,工程进展快,且安全性更有保证,因此,确定顶管方案为最优方案。湍西分干1#隧洞工程方案设计规模大,施工难度大,施工工艺先进,可供区域类似灌区渠系建筑物设计参考借鉴。The construction length of the first phase of the Tuanxi Branch 1#tunnel is 1.74 km.The tunnel stake NO.0+060~0+700 Section is 640m long,which is opened by excavation method.The stake NO.0+700~1+800 Section is 1100 m long,which is constructed by shotcrete anchor support concealed excavation method or pipe jacking method.The construction of the 1100 m long tunnel is necessary to be compared and analyzed the two schemes of shotcrete anchor support concealed excavation and pipe jacking,so as to determine the optimal design scheme.After understanding the general situation of the project,two schemes of shotcrete anchor support concealed excavation and pipe jacking are designed,and the technical and economic comparison and analysis are carried out.The results show that,although the pipe jacking scheme has a slightly higher investment,it has the advantages of high degree of mechanization,rapid project progress,and more guaranteed safety.Therefore,the pipe jacking scheme is determined to be the optimal scheme.The scheme design of Tuanxi Branch 1#tunnel project is large in scale,difficult in construction and advanced in construction technology,which can be used as a reference for the design of canal system buildings in similar irrigation areas in the region.
