摘  要:在调蓄水工程管道试压方法的基础上,以泗河流域尼山水库调蓄水工程为例,对管道试验方式、试压参数及试压过程进行了分析探讨。结果表明,钢管与PCCP混合输水管道水压试验是对管道接口、管材及施工质量所展开的全面检查,通过试压过程控制,能有效避免试验压力突变所造成的测试管道管件及阀门损坏,提升安全系数,增强稳压效果。On the basis of summarizing the pipeline pressure test method of water regulation and storage project,the pipeline test method,pressure test parameters and pressure test process are analyzed and discussed in this paper by taking the water regulation and storage project of Nishan Reservoir in Si River Basin as an example.The results show that the hydraulic pressure test of steel pipe and PCCP mixed water delivery pipeline is a comprehensive inspection of the pipeline interface,pipe material and construction quality.Through the control of the pressure test process,it can effectively avoid the damage of the test pipe fittings and the valves caused by the sudden change of test pressure,improve the safety factor and enhance the pressure stabilizing effect.
