摘 要:以山西省汾阳市石家庄村北董寺河上的H水库枢纽工程为例,在分析水库特性曲线及泄量曲线等参数的基础上,对水库特征水位的确定过程展开探讨,所选定死水位为771.50 m,相应死库容为55.70万m^(3),正常蓄水位为777.80 m,对应库容175.60万m^(3),汛期限制水位最终确定为773 m。分析结果表明,通过调洪演算确定库容是水库枢纽工程规划设计的首要任务,在综合分析河流水文特征、工程地质及水库任务的基础上确定出的水库特征水位,是体现水库枢纽利用水资源具体要求的指标,也是确定水库建筑物安全运行程度、运行效益等的主要依据。Taking the H Reservoir project on the Beidongsi River in Shijiazhuang village,Fenyang City as an example,based on the analysis of parameters such as reservoir characteristic curve and discharge curve,the process of determining the characteristic water level of the reservoir is discussed.The selected dead water level is 771.5 m,the corresponding dead reservoir capacity is 55,700 m^(3),the normal storage level is 777.80 m,the corresponding reservoir capacity is 175.6×104 m^(3),and the final limit water level in flood season is 773 m.The analysis results show that it is the primary task to determine the storage capacity by flood regulating calculation.The characteristic water level of the reservoir is determined on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the river hydrological characteristics,engineering geology and th task of the reservoir,which is the index that reflects the specific requirement of water resources utilization of the reservoir complex,and also the main basis for determining the safe operation degree and operation benefit of the reservoir buildings.
