中国特色社会主义社会治理现代化的先行示范研究

摘　　要：我国要在“两个大局”中实现高质量发展,必须积极做好中国特色社会主义社会治理现代化的先行示范工作。社会治理现代化先行示范是党领导人民所进行的马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化的崭新实践,有力推动发展21世纪科学社会主义与完善中国特色社会主义制度。中国特色社会主义先行示范区通过持续的社会治理现代化系统创新探索与经验总结,在建设社会治理共同体过程中深化了共建共治共享的准则,奠定了社会多元主体高效能协同的基础,有利于打造“整体大于部分之和”的现代化社会治理体系,有助于加快制度定型并向全国推广。China must actively promote the modernization for social governance(abbr.MSG)of socialism with Chinese characteristics in order to achieve high-quality development under the background of“two big pictures”,while it is crucial to acquire accomplishment on the pilot demonstration of MSG.The pilot demonstration of MSG is a new practice of the Sinicization and modernization and popularization of Marxism,which conducts by Chinese people under the leadership of CPC,and this practice strongly pushes the development of scientific socialism in 21 century and the improvement of system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on constantly innovating exploration and experience summary on MSG,the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics deepened the principle of joint construction,joint governance,and shared benefits in the process of building a community of social governance,laid a firm foundation for high efficiency synergy of multi-subjects in society,which contributes to build a modern system on social governance which has a feature of“the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”and it also benefits to speed up on the finalizing the system of MSG and promoting it to the whole nation.
