摘 要:本质安全是安全科学的前沿理论,是煤炭、化工、核能、交通等行业在生产中大力推行的管理模式,其理论体系也在不断地创新发展。从解决铁路安全生产面对的实际问题和丰富完善本质安全理论的目标出发,基于熵变理论和二维象限法,阐述了铁路安全系统中熵流和熵产的应对策略。进一步分析了熵产的形成原因,给出了铁路运输生产中对抑制正熵流和促成负熵流的关键要素,即能量、信息与文化。最后,对照构建的铁路运输本质安全创新体系,提出了具体的实施路径,以此确保本质安全在铁路行业应用的针对性和有效性,为铁路安全生产提供理论支撑。Intrinsic safety is a frontier theory of safety science,and a management model vigorously promoted in the production of coal,chemical,nuclear,transportation and other industries.Its theoretical system is also constantly innovating and developing.Starting from solving the practical problems faced by railway safety production and enriching and improving the theory of intrinsic safety,based on the entropy change theory and the two-dimensional quadrant method,the coping strategies for entropy flow and entropy production in the railway safety system are expounded.It further analyzes the reasons for the formation of entropy production,and gives the key elements in railway transportation production to suppress positive entropy flow and promote negative entropy flow,namely energy,information and culture.Finally,according to the innovation system of railway transportation intrinsic safety,a specific implementation path is proposed,so as to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the application of intrinsic safety in railway industry,and to provide theoretical support for railway safety production.
